Founders Day

Today was founder's day! It's Southwell's 106th birthday! This year we did lots of different things and they made a lot of activities that everyone could participate. We were lucky because the weather was very nice and it was such a fun day. We did a congo line and house line dancing which was super fun. It was the one day of the year that we could sit on the oval as we are not normally allowed to because it is sacred ground.

We also learnt some information about Southwell's history and milestones in Southwell's journey. There was also speeches, balloons, a cake cut by the 2 youngest students and a chapel service.
