Fixture

On Wednesday we had another fixture. Southwell teams travelled up to St Kentigerns and competed in matches against them. St Kents was very strong in their sports and were also a really welcoming host school. Most of the teams lost, but our team drew 1-1! Only one team actually won! 

We are currently writing persuasive pieces based on the topic, Should We Ban Mining For Fossil Fuels? This topic connects with our schoolwide term focus, sustainability. I will post my writing when I am finished.

We are also starting an Inquiry based on sustainability and I have chosen this as my big question:

How Does Nanotechnology Impact Society?
